  • A one-day window of time separating one occupier and the next
  • Enhanced cleaning protocols and use of hospital grade disinfectants and electrostatic sprayers
  • Regular staff training on COVID-19 related company policies
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment by all staff, guests and suppliers
  • Temperature recordings of employees taken twice per day
  • Hand sanitizer, masks and disinfectant wipes available in all public areas
  • Restaurants and bars adopting a table only service with separate tables policy
  • Partitions / screens for guest separation
  • Signage and floor markings in public areas to ensure safe social distancing by staff and guests
  • Independent and safe living with fully-equipped kitchens and lounges together with luxurious bathrooms and private bedrooms (in some properties)
